Jes Workman approaches each wedding through a cinematic lens, shaped by her background in filmmaking. Inspired by cinema, music, and the people she photographs, she tells stories with intention by capturing both striking portraits and the quiet, in-between moments.

Shooting primarily on film, Jes blends classic and contemporary sensibilities, creating images that feel timeless yet alive.

She lives in Los Angeles with her cat, Poppy, and often travels to (and dreams of living in) New York or London. She’s impatiently hoping to photograph a raucous countryside wedding in England or a three-day celebration somewhere sunlit and warm, like Spain.
